More About EI
The
prime contractor, Environment International Ltd. (EI) is a woman-owned,
federally certified small business with offices in Seattle, WA, Portland,
OR, and Washington, DC. We have developed and implemented scores of
environmental management systems, Pollution Prevention (P2) programs
and other environmental initiatives that meet and go beyond compliance.
EI has the technical expertise and professional experience to identify
opportunities and develop plans to reduce the use and subsequent disposal
of toxic and hazardous materials at military installations. We are currently
under a $5 million mission contract to provide EMS implementation support
to Navy facilities throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. We
have worked extensively with the Army at Fort Lewis in Washington state
on P2 planning, conducting process-level analyses to support the reduction
of waste from installation operations.
Led
by Dr. P.J. Bridgen, CEO of Environment International, the EI Team will
deliver integrated engineering and environmental management services
to support the ARDEC contract at Army, DOD, and federal installations
around the country and outside the U.S. Dr. Bridgen, a RAB-Certified
ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, brings a broad range of EMS experience to the
team. Dr. Bridgen has extensive experience managing large projects involving
multiple subcontractors, beginning more than 15 years ago when she was
vice president of a major environmental consulting firm.
To
ensure complete coverage and quick response for all projects under this
contract, EI has assembled a highly qualified and reputable team of
experts with specialized services in all areas of work, covered by this
contract and with offices located throughout the US and abroad.
