Swinomish Tribe

EI is heading up a Brownfields Redevelopment project with the Swinomish Indian Tribal Community (SITC).  The project involves assessing sites at the reservation that are available for redevelopment.  EI is advising the Tribe regarding integration of response actions and potential NRDA matters and also providing advice on improvements to the tribal code that are needed to strengthen the Tribe’s response program.
